Shipping Policy

Where We Ship

We currently ship across Egypt, including Cairo, New Cairo, Giza, 6th of October, Alexandria (Smouha, Al-Raml, Montazah, Bahary), the North Coast (Sahel), and other governorates nationwide.

Delivery Time

Orders are typically delivered within 1–4 business days of dispatch, depending on your location. During periods of high demand, delivery can take 4–7 business days. Cairo and Greater Cairo areas generally see the fastest delivery times.

Standard shipping: 100 EGP
Free shipping on all orders above 1,400 EGP

Payment on Delivery

We currently only accept Cash on Delivery — pay in cash when your order arrives. Online payment options, including Apple Pay and other methods, will be added soon.

Phone Number Requirement

A valid Egyptian phone number is required to place an order. Orders placed with an incorrect, invalid, or non-Egyptian phone number will not be shipped. Please double check your number at checkout.

Order Confirmation via WhatsApp

After placing your order, you'll automatically receive a confirmation text via WhatsApp. From there, you can confirm or cancel your order directly. Orders that aren't confirmed may be delayed or held until confirmation is received, so please keep an eye out for this message.

Order Processing

Orders are typically picked up for delivery within [CONFIRM: e.g. "1 business day"] of being placed. You'll receive tracking updates as your order moves through delivery.

Delivery Attempts

Our delivery partner will attempt delivery up to 3 times. If we're unable to reach you, please make sure your phone number is correct at checkout and answer calls from unfamiliar numbers around your delivery window — this is the most common reason for delayed delivery.
